It’s time for the second session of Partnering for Change Talks - a virtual series curated by Reach for Change and powered by Danske Bank. This time the talk will dig deeper into “Tech as an enabler for social impact” and we are proud to announce Gitanjali Rao, the 15 year old scientist and innovator, as the main Keynote speaker.

Students Bootcamp Training in Ethiopia

Government officials state that the unemployment rate in Assosa (a town in Ethiopia) is relatively high compared to other regions of the country. This is one of the main reasons why Reach for Change in partnership with GIZ Ethiopia decided to organize the special program and training for students intended to help them create a work opportunity for themselves rather than just wait to be employed.

New capacity building program

The initiative Women Leaders co-created by us at Reach for Change and Global Utmaning (Global Challenges) is now launching it’s capacity building program for female social entrepreneurs. The program will run for 12 months and include entrepreneurs from a selected number of countries in Africa.

New global partners

Last fall the global incubator Reach for Change launched its Impact Goals for 2030; increasing its social impact tenfold and reaching 30 million children through support programs for social entrepreneurs. The Swedish companies, Kivra and Hogia, are now entering as new global partners, enabling Reach for Change to take the first steps towards these goals.
