Ylva Strander is deeply passionate about pioneering radical solutions, innovative ways of working, and transformative organizational structures to propel much-needed change towards sustainable future societies. With a background in Economics and a history of leadership, support, and investment in both tech startups and impact-driven ventures, Ylva’s journey has taken her from entrepreneur and intrapreneur to her current role as an innovation bureaucrat and policy expert.

Currently, Yvla works in Vinnova, Sweden's Innovation Agency as:

•  Head of department- Systems Transformation and Policy
•  Head of strategic area- Ecosystems for Innovative Companies and Deeptech
•  She is responsible for development of policy recommendations on Deeptech to the EU and the Swedish government, as well as a focus on dual use and civil-military synergies

KaiKlandorf is a mission driven professional with a diverse background from different sectors and organizations. She is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the public, nonprofit and business sector. Skilled in management, critical thinking, and business process improvement, she is a certified coach, has a master's degree in Anglistics and currently pursuing a second degree in behavioral sciences.  

Kai is currently working for the Government Office Estonia, in the Public Sector Innovation Team. She is an outspoken advocate for open governance, people centered state and inclusive decision-making processes. As part of her job at the innovation team she has been involved with topics like stakeholder involvement for the new national curriculum, participation in the army’s reserve exercises, meat eating and other sustainable behavior etc.

Mart has an MA in International Relations. He has been working as an analyst and consultant since 2018. Mart has rich experience in both research and implementation focused national and EU projects. In recent years he has focused on social entrepreneurship and social innovation having coordinated two EU funded projects - SoFiMa and IBESI - which develop the social economy in Estonia and in the Baltics. Mart is also one of the Thematic Experts on the Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform where he has also worked on topics, among others, related to the social economy, cultural and creative industries, and the twin transition.

Nicklas leads, national and global, social innovation projects with clients such as Google, IKEA and ICA Real Estate. He was the editor for Social Entrepreneurship Sweden’s Agenda for the future gathering 10 policy suggestions to drive social innovation. The agenda was handed to the Swedish Government.
