DIGI SEII aims to bridge the digital gap for social enterprises by equipping them with the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to scale their operations, improve resilience, and increase their impact. The project addresses key barriers such as a lack of digital skills, infrastructure, and access to resources, ensuring that SEs can thrive in the digital age.

Unique Approach to Capacity Building
The DIGI SEII project stands out for its innovative hybrid learning methodology. Participants will benefit from a combination of e-learning, face-to-face training, peer exchanges, mentorship, and networking opportunities. A critical element of the approach is the use of AI-powered tools to assess digital skills before and after training, ensuring personalized learning pathways tailored to each organization's needs.
This methodology integrates digitalization into the scaling strategies of SEs, ensuring long-term sustainability. By utilizing a "train-the-trainer" model, SESOs will continue to provide digitalization support to social enterprises long after the project concludes.

Ambitious Targets and KPIs
The DIGI SEII project aims to achieve several ambitious targets by its conclusion:
-
45 local, national, or regional capacity-building activities delivered.
-
260 social enterprise and SESO representatives trained.
-
260 SEs provided with direct financial support.
-
144 coaching, mentoring, and advisory sessions conducted.
-
12 transnational training activities hosted.
-
50 social enterprises engaged in a hackathon focused on digital innovation.
Additionally, the project seeks to increase participants' understanding of key topics by 20% and aims to increase the number of SEs adopting digital tools for scaling operations by 3% annually.
